This is a great dvd for the first time pilates exerciser. It has an introduction that explains the three key fundamentals of pilates. And three great 25-minute workouts,that work the whole body. Also has a great relaxation seaction,which is the perfect end to your workout.
this is actually something that works, and can be done once a week, so is almost do-able! It is by Lynne Robinson who has written a great book on the subject, but it is difficult to motivate yourself to do anything from a book, so the DVD is better, although perhaps a class would be the best. Afterwards you feel your shoulders are back, your legs swing well when you walk, and it does wonders for your saggy stomach muscles
