Perfect for the small production chocolateer
I've been making chocolate truffles for 4 years for friends family and gift giving. Tempering chocolate to give it the shiney finish it difficult at best. This machine makes tempering chocolate easy. I wish it did more than a 1 1/2 lbs at a time but that is for higher production. I bought the unit used. When I received it, it was noisy. Learning curve
Both the instruction manual and website are pretty useless when it comes to assembly and using this tool. Fortunately, I'm mechanically inclined and managed to figure it out. It works great!
