They are a much more stylish form of paper plates than those that have been around for years. They are robust enough to take moist items, and yet easy to cut food up on. And the biggest plus is their compostable nature which earns Brownie points with the youth in particular. If we are to escape from the both the tide and the mountain of plastic that threatens our future, and little ones like my two small granddaughters, these are the way to go.
