Very effective ... but some design issues
Well priced and effective, 2 year guarantee if registered online. A few minor design issues: The water reservoir has to be removed and inverted for filling, top filling with the tank in place would be preferable. The multi-colour LED indicator informs users which level of output the machine us delivering ... but why do we need the musical tinkling sounds that occur every time it is changed? If done at night this is loud enough to wake a sleeping partner. It would be good if a silent setting were available. Finally, the base component needs to be periodically cleaned, to do this the hard-wired plug must be removed from the wall and the whole base and wire taken to a sink, a lift-off power- base such as many electric kettles have would make this task so much easier. These observations notwithstanding, I am delighted with the purchase which has largely resolved the respiratory problems I have been experiencing at night, I awake feeling refreshed, rested and ready to face another testing day of .... retirement!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

I've been using the 4.5L humidifier for 2 week it does to the job and the running has been quiet apart from the soft sound of glug glug as the water drops into the base, It is not the best of designs for me as I have to take the whole thing to the sink to refill and once full it is heavy to carry, would be perfect if it could have been filled from top of water tank at it's placing.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

The Best Silent Humidifier For The Money
This is a great humidifier! It is silent in operation and it has a large 4.5 litre tank.... enough water in there for a whole day! It has 3 vapour settings and an auto switch off when the tank is empty. This unit puts out twice as much vapour as any other unit I have come across previously.
