Worth you money!
I take one to two pills daily, and at least one glass of cherry juice for my GOUT! Too those in the boat IM rowing, consider bromelain and black seed oil in addition. good but not great
I thought I'd be getting a whopping dose of anti-oxidants with this product since it's supposed to carry more mg's of the good stuff than other brands of its caliber, but upon inspection of the tablets themselves, I noticed that the contents were of a grayish colour and not pink like other brands I've tried, thus leading me to believe that the item was not of the highest quality but utilized more aged by-products in its manufacture. Doubt if I'll be using this brand in the future, though it does help a bit at keeping my arthritis pain at bay. Pilgrim's Pride seems to work better for me though it's a lower dosage, and the capsules themselves seem pinker and fresher-looking.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
