Roasted potato seasoning mix
This seasoning mix is the ultimate, especially on sweet potato fries! Cut your potatoes in fry slices, run them with olive oil, put into a zip lock bag, then add 1 Tbsp roasted potato seasoning mix, let sit in package until you are ready to bake. I use a pizza stone and bake at 350 until tender, about 20 minutes. They are delicious!! Great for low carb diets.
