tambourine for foot
This is a brilliant tool. i have tried all sorts of easy percussion for my Morris side and ukulele band. Malvern Supalele. and Old Meg.. this works well for me even though i have had a recent knee replacement operation in fact it is helpful for my recovery also. exercise. thanks for a clever instrument. i hope i don't lose it, as it s black. i ,May need to decorate it to make sure i dont leave it somewhere.. as i have to remove it eventually not because it is painful at all to wear but it is a bit noisy when I'm walking around..
