Sturdy but heavy ......if steel version sent !
This is a study fishing stool but it's not lightweight as the one supplied to me was old stock steel weighing 1.3 kg and not the new aluminium version weighing 0.6 kg. If your not going to carry it around its a good sturdy stable stool but I wanted it for watching golf and weight was important....so returned for a full refund.

I love fly fishing! I have a stiff back and worn knees and I'm 6'6" thought this would be an aid for when I need to sit down on the bank and not get damp and when I need to get below Snell,s window so the fish can't see me. The seat isn't very wide. You need to sit with one of the points forward like a bicycle seat. So not the most comfortable of folding chairs but it's ok. It is very light and portable.
