Small tablet - easy to swallow - and economy packaging
I am assuming the long term benefits, having studied academic papers on good combinations and dosages to ward against age-onset bone issues etc. Time will tell, but these tablets are much easier to take than my previous ones, being smaller (less 'padding') and also contain vitamins A and E, as well as the D3 and K2 that I had been taking previously. the packaging is a silvered pouch, so less plastic waste. I have transferred the tablets to a sturdy container, carefully peeling off the label so I could re-use it so I wish that had been easier.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
