I brought these as when I got out of bed I could not walk , As on feet all day I needed something to help. read reviews which was good biggest hurdle was deciding what size , so went for manufacturers advice I am a size 7 so went for s/m they are tight and though I had brought them to small , I wear them everyday and pain has practically gone twinge now and then.
