Application & curing
"The can looks good" - well, I have applied it but will not fit the painted part for sometime so cannot comment on durability. Please be aware that you need to apply this in several light coats at a warm (17C) temperature. There was enough in the can to paint a Long Centre Branch (LCB) exhaust manifold only. Please also be aware that it then needs heat treating to cure the paint - no problem if it's an exhaust on a vehicle, for example, but otherwise needs an external heat source (the oven would be perfect if you can persuade its guardian!)Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

I haven't used this yet, but based on all the E-Tech products ive used, I have no issues in recommending this. All the products ive used perform better than described on their Ads. Also, when you look around, most HT paints mention being good up to much lower temps, and this is rated at 800c The only bad point about any of these paints is the smell you get on fresh paint that gets hot for the first time.
