Comet CAA-500 MK2 an excellent piece of kit turning hours into minutes...!
I have had an MFJ-259B for 20 years that sadly died so it was time to invest in another aerial analyzer. So I bought the Comet as covered as it 70cm (400Mhz) all the way down to top band (1.8Mhz) which is great as my poor old MFJ didn't. I really like little TFT LCD display that lets you sweep your aerial great for my wide band log periodic and HF aerials. Those excellent analogue cross needles lets you see at a glance where the dips are and is great for working at heights.It is heavy and appears to be well built and will be a great addition to anyone's shack. I just wish it wasn't so damn expensive which makes me nervous when using it up a ladder and definitely needs the padded case to protect it. Comet are onto a winner here especially if they lower the the price there is nothing to compare for the band coverage and features.

Solid easy to use , without keying my radio up .
I do not know how I made it all these years without a Antennae Analyzer . I got my HF ant right on without multiple key downs from the radio . I have damaged a lot of transceivers over the years . With this tool that will be illuminated .
