Couldn’t connect.
Directions that come with watch are virtually useless. After activating and connecting SIM card, I could not get a WiFi connection. In order to insert SIM card, a battery in back of watch needs to be dislodged. This battery is connected by 2 small wires. After removing and reinserting the SIM card several times in an effort to get a connection, one of the small wires on the battery came loose and the watch is now in the junk heap.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

No signal
Is not a contract BUT They ask for CC info to activate the sim and charges your card every month. It renews automatically. I had to call to cancel since I never had any signal don't matter the place, signal is weak. It took more than 24 hrs to activate!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
