Flaxseed Oil is a great vegetarian source of Omega 3 fats and contains high levels of Alpha Linolenic Acid (ALA) which contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. Also provides Omega-6 Linoleic Acid and Omega-9 Oleic Acid. Natures Aid oils are cold pressed and never heat treated. Cold pressing ensures that none of the valuable components of the oil is destroyed during processing and is vital to maintaining the integrity of these oils. Available in 90 Capsules.

Good value, doesn't repeat on you, and vegan!
An excellent alternative to fish oils for veggies and vegans, for all your essential fats - 3, 6 and 9. Not just a veggie option either, because these don't repeat on you like fish oils... A good price too, especially if you get the "50% extra free" like I have the last 3 times: they last ages.
