Just what I hoped for...
Just what I hoped for: capacious and sturdy, with a tough non-stick coating. It is perhaps a bit slow to reach working heat, but on reflection that may be a benefit once one has learned to allow for it... I am very happy with my purchase.

Great pan. Early days yet but have loved cooking with this saute pan. It is easy to clean and nothing sticks. THe handle does get a little hot when in use but not too much. Love the colour.
