It did work on me
I had infection on my hair roots for last 6 years. (That’s what my gp said) i was having spots on head very often. I have tried many lotions, shampoos etc.. lately these spots got worser and i start researching on the net and i came cross this product. After using 2 time in 3 days it completely gone and its been 2 weeks now and they haven’t came back. I will be carry on using it for another 2-3 months for 2 times a week. Good product
If you have a serious skin problem, see your Doctor. My Husband has Dermatitis, needs to wash his hair twice a week. It does not solve the problem, but keeps the itchy head from itching as much. I've been using Alphosyl medicated Shampoo for years. My mam used it because she had psoriasis, and I used it because almost any other shampoo just made my scalp flaky and spotty. My kids now both adults use it too. And I even use it to shampoo my dog. He used to get terrible itchy dry and sore skin with allergic reaction to many products. But he's absolutely fine with Alphosyl. I water it down 50/50 and it leaves his long coat in superb condition and he has no allergic reaction to it. Now I know all the "dog" people out there are going to be up in arms, whinging and moaning about skin chemistry and using human products on animal, but it works and he's far happier, so they can take their Holier than Thou opinions and stick them where the sun doesn't shine.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Pigmentation problem.
I was working in the middle east and I developed a pigmentation problem, the Doctor recommended medicated shampoo it cleared it up. The sun has taken it's toll on my aged skin, so I am trying to see if Alphosyl can help, looks promising. I use it to shower with very pleased with the results so far.
