Not what we expected
The part we bought is as advertised and was delivered on time. However this is a replacement part for the vac we only bought in August (3 months ago). The original broke in less than three months and had to be fixed once in that time. It is sold as a pet vac and this is the only tool out of those supplied that picks up hair and it needs cleaning frequently during vacuuming. I am happy with the performance only for the first few minutes until de-furring. I don't feel it is good value if I have to spend nearly £20 every few months for a new tool. I don't feel it is good quality as it breaks so easily. The belts for this tool are almost £20 as well and they are very thin and obviously not very strong.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good and bad
Was good for the first couple of uses but then the brush would stop turning and had to be unclogged so I have reverted to my old Henry brush. Waste of money
Rollers don't pick anything up I bought it to boost picking up pet hair with my Henry as it doesn't get them all. Waste of money rollers don't touch floor so it doesn't pick up any extra fluff I only have this cheap carpet in my rented home so thought this would workout no it jammed the first time I used it on some of my hair managed to clear that rollers now run freely but still no improvement on picking up pet hair.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

I'm a cleaner and borrowed a original henry pet hair remover which done a great job, but at £25 thought was a little on the pricey side so went for this one. it does remove pet hairs off rugs etc but takes a long time and does not get them all-think i will buy the original.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Pointless product
I had really high hopes and expectations for this product as we were having problems with a lot of pet hair on our carpets and I thought this would be the answer but it was absolute rubbish! .. It hardly picked up anything and you could not put any pressure down through it like I can with the normal hoover attachment.
