Good, strong mudguards but be thorough when fitting
A good product that fits strongly after a bit of fettling. But the design of my bike means that the rear brake bolt had difficulty accepting both extra fittings and the space between the seat post and the wheel is so tight that it would not accept one of the small mudguards. So I only fitted the larger, rear parts on both wheels. These work well, but one bolt rattled free on first use due to my poor work. But a spare bolt in the packaging sorted this. A pair of these replaced standard mudgua...
A pair of these replaced standard mudguards on my wife's road bike. She has calliper brakes and mud was always getting stuck where the mudguards passed between the forks. Muddy paths after heavy rain/ flooding were a nightmare. These Flinger mudguards solved the problem completely. The telescopic stays are really solid and make fitting & adjusting the mudguards very easy. Best mudguards where clearance doesn't allow for full guards
