Good value certainly. Whilst using these I managed to lose 2 stones. 1kg equal to 2 pounds this week alone. I do eat healthier foods. Because appetite has decreased I.e Craving carbohydrate fat foods cakes sweets chocolate. I need water more. I have used them on and off for 6 month with a preferred 1 month gap to do various weight loss rituals like meditation and hygiene. Fantastic.

Another product I've tried from the raspberry ketone diet pills range, as before I've not managed to lose ant wweight over a period of 3 wks now, I've followed the instructions of just one capsule a day ( morning) on an empty stomach. I understand that it's down to the individual person on how much weight is lost over wks & months but as yet they haven't worked for me.

These are not magic pills. You must put in the work
ok let see how good these are. 1 pill each morning my diet is clean and im in the gym 5 days week so i guess if your eating well and down the gym. you will see resutl. after all they are not magic pills. I'm sure we a good diet and keeping active with cardio and down the gym it will help. I'm only given these a try as I want to do a lean cut bulk
