I would recommend it.
It stays off my dog's neck, which is great, but she can still pull and jump up in the air and act crazy like she does when she sees loud vehicle or large, i.,. UPS, buses, trucks, trailers and so on. I was hoping this would keep her from doing this. But it keeps from making her choke, so that's a big fat plus!!

Excellent harness for your best friend!
