I have mild/moderate COPD and was wheezing at night. After just a couple of days the wheezing was almost gone, and now, after just one week of twice-daily use acording to the instructions, my wheezing has stopped and my breathing is noticeably improved. I have been using a (different) breathing exerciser for about the past year, but it is rather expensive, so I thought I'd try a cheaper option. After my initial trial it felt ok, but I am just a bit nervous that perhaps it isn't a strong enough exerciser.
