If you really want to give your health a REAL boost or are stuggling with a health issue then give The Gold Liquid a go. Looks like khaki and your wee comes out really yellow but it tastes OK and goes down easily with a little apple juice. First thing I noticed with my very first dose is how it lifts your mood - I felt playful all afternoon and kept seeing humour in everything; I also went with my family that same afternoon on a rather challenging cliff walk down and up what is known as the Devil's Chimney in Bonchurch, Isle of Wight. I first discovered source of life gold when I made a trip to Planet Organic last year to get some supplements as I felt my energy levels were down. The assistant recommended this brand and got the capsules. I really felt a shift in energy within a couple of days. And also felt the difference when I stopped taking it. This is a multivitamin with no nasties and the great majority of its vitamins and minerals are derived from natural ingredients. I ordered to try the liquid form for the first time as the capsules are a bit too big and also I feel the liquid will be better absorbed. Ok, so the taste is not nice at all but again after I started taking it noticed the difference immediately. I have tried many multivitamins before and I think this is the only worth sticking to.
