Just what I needed
I didn't think I'd be getting these galaxy buds anytime soon, but things happened that led me to buy them, and I have no regret. They are so much better than the my last cheaply made wireless earbuds. Sound quality is just right, and battery life lasts me much longer. Wireless charging is very convenient too. Questionable condition.
They sound great and are extremely comfortable but the item was described as new. Ive found a little earwax in the case first time i opened it and the accessories were out of their packaging (charging cable and eartips) ,questioning the actual condition. No other signs of use like scratches or anything. Happy with the earbuds just kinda bummed about the honesty (or in this case dishonesty) in the description.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good Stuff
Works as advertised. Seals up ears very well and provides good passive noise cancellation, which is great if you want to block out noise, but not so great if you still want to hear the people around you. Battery life for the earbuds is good, but battery life for the case is ok -- the earbuds probably last me around four+ days, but the case only lasts one to two days. Sound quality is pretty good and well balanced across the spectrum. It works great with my Samsung phone and pretty well with my windows computer. Great earbuds
These fit very well into my ears. I can't really use a lot of in-ear earbuds due to having small ear canals but these fit perfectly with no slipping. Grubby but functional, worth the (YMMV)
Bought these to replace missing pair. Read the reviews and took a chance buying these refurbished for a big markdown. There was indeed earwax still on them like others reported. but since the reviews warned me first and I would definitely have cleaned them thoroughly anyways, no big deal for me. Cleaned up great. Now I have listened to them for about 8 or 10 hours and they seem great, just as my old pair sounded and worked. Charging case so far going off without a hitch. They were clearly reboxed but included all the accessory ear tips. Beware if you are having your bud disconnect while still in your ear, clean the little black sensor because that's how the buds "know" they're being used. Cleaning your ears helps a lot too. But these are the best wireless bud for my personal taste. Fantastic isolation. Battery life is great and the case is really nice.

Enjoying my earbuds
You may go online and find a review that say it's not loud enough, my response to that is...are you trying to go deaf in an hour? Well I will say this much, I absolutely Love Music and the sound quality is all there. Design isn't bulky like other products or hanging down out of your ears like some invisible cord is dangling from it. Now is the software perfect? By all means no. I believe it could use a true equalizer, however the presets get the job done. My 1 complaint would be that the software should remember your setting for ambient noise and stay that way till you change it, not change every time you take them out. A little disappointed.
The buds work fine and charge as they should but they were advertised as "open box". Typically that means there's a box included.
