I actually bought this for my elderly dad,who was losing strength in his hands. The trigger grip is adjustable so it's a bit easier to start off with. He said he could feel a definite improvement after a week or so. I've used it myself,and although I find the ring a bit soft and the individual finger rings a faff to put on, I'd recommend this.
