I have tried it in the map slot in the Outlander and the system tells me it cannot read the card. I put the original original card back in and all is back to normal. The only information I have is that I should replace the existing card with the new one. Should I send it back to you as faulty or is there a solution to this?

Just works perfectly! I inserted the card and selected Upgrade. I wasn’t sure as the card came without instructions. The system rebooted and started automatically. Don’t stop the car during the upgrade process. It took 1 minute more or less. Check that the card is the right match to your car. Good luck!

It appears Mitsubishi map updates are about 2 years out of date so 2019-20 are maps 2018-19 so you may be disappointed if looking for newer roads so better than I had but have to use my Tom Tom for latest rounds seems such a wast of cars navigation system
