    Safe and reliable.

    I have used Spatone on and off for years since I have a very adverse reaction to prescribed ferrous sulphate. Spatone is very gentle on the stomach, no impact at all, comes from a natural source and easy to take. I would say it takes about a week to kick in. Spatone is also a reasonable price compared to some of the other natural non reactive liquid iron supplements available.

    Great for Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) sufferers!

    This is a wonderful product for people like me that have IBD. I nearly always have low iron and iron supplements can make my condition worse. I take two sachets in a smoothie every morning to bring my iron levels up without any repercussions, which means I don't need to go for an iron infusion - slow but steady, brilliant stuff, excellent price.

    Solved a problem

    Best iron supplement

    I’ve always suffered with Anaemia and low iron Stores. 2 years ago I started running and became endurance athlete- and my iron levels / stores got very very low.
