Amazing flavor - truly delightful. Melts easily. Quite expensive but you get what you pay for. And chocolate should not be something one cheaps out on. I use it to make homemade confections and it works perfectly. Smooth, just the right balance of bitter and sweet - perfection! Highly recommended.
