I love my Back2Life!
I have had a Back2Life for years now, and I am so glad that I do. It truly works so well for me. Much better for me than my inversion table, and also, I actually use it, because I find it more convenient. The movement is extremely gradual, and in the beginning, it was a little tricky to get the hang of it (the right position, etc), but once I did, it has been a God send ever since. I highly recommend it, and also can't stress enough that you don't give up until you figure it out. Just a tip, sometimes I have to use my body just a little bit in the very beginning before I really get going (in other words, not just lay completely limp/relaxed), but after a few minutes I am able to complete relax. Also while using it, every now and then, I need to do the same for a minute or two while in the middle of my session, but again, then can go back to relaxing. I believe the reason for this is that where your legs hang over can slip a little. When you have the position right, the nice stretch it gives in the lower back is absolutely wonderful. It has an automatic shut off once the session is done, but it feels so good that sometimes I go for more than one round.
