Working Good and One Capsule a Day is Usually Enough
I've been pleased with the effectiveness of Zenwise Digestive Enzyme. It has less probiotics than some other brands but it has a nice spectrum of enzymes that is working for me. The enzymes are more important than the probiotics for me because my problem is more digesting wheat based foods and higher fat content foods. I find that one capsule a day is usually fine for me.
