Pretty good
For a budget tripod, this one really surprised me. It’s sturdy, has a smooth rotating head, cork-like top plate so your camera won’t get scratched, up to 15lbs load capacity and a pretty decent height. I’m 5’7 (yeah, I know) and the tripod plate goes over eye level. No spiked feet though, but it does come with spare rubber feet in case you lose ‘em. Lightweight and pleasure to use.
Wanted to get rid of the jerkiness of the old tripod and certainly the smooth pan and tilt you get with this product completely fills the bill. A perfect match for most light (under 10 pounds) camcorders!
This is a great TRIPOD for my 2 pound SONY FDR-AX100 Camcorder! This is great for photographing my SQUARE DANCE friends and my Church events. The FLUID HEAD lends to a smooth panning action and the same for the tilt action! The FLUID HEAD gives a slight amount of friction in the movement of the camcorder, making the actions very smooth!
