I bought a set of wifi headphones for use with two pc's which was fine but I found my other larger tabletop Lenovo wasn't wifi bluetooth compatible. However solved the problem by purchasing the Kinivo BTD 400 Bluetooth adapter on Ebay. Plugged into a spare Lenovo USB port and it paired up with my headphones automatically and was working in seconds . Very affordable no hassle excellent product.
