after trying other options this really does eliminate urine odours. Unfortunately due to a string of health problems my cat now has incontinent issues and this really does work. i thought that the house would smell of lemons but you get a nice fresh smell and only a slight hint of the lemon scent which is quite pleasant - although it is a small bottle because it is concentrated it 1 ounce mixed with water really does go a long way so in my opinion as it does such a good job it is good value for money. i have had no damage to my hard flooring no staining or damage to the flooring. i am really glad i found this as now problem solved

I was a bit disappointed with this product. Reason being I thought it would smell more lemony, I could barely smell it. Although it arrived quickly one of the bottles had a broken spray. Luckily I had bought 2 so was able to swap them around once a bottle was empty. It did eventually help to disguise the smell of dog in the carpet in-between cleaning them.
