Love the just
I use reflex instant mass heavyweight to boost my calorie intake up on a daily basis. I don't use the maximum shake size I just have one full scoop after training and one scoop just before going to bed. Like all gainers it contains a lot of sugars so I cut all sugar out of my real food diet. Which is where we should be getting at least 80-90 of our nutrition from not suplamental products. I notice a big difference when using Reflex, as it contains creatine and a modest amount of protein and a lot of calories. Personally my motabolism is extremely fast so I really struggle to put weight on even if I eat like a pig. So I try to eat 3500/4000 calories in real foods a day and top that up to 4500/5000 with reflex which I find really makes that difference. Great flavours are chocolate and strawberries and cream. The chocolate peanut is not bad but not my favourite so I jump between chocolate and strawberry. I think it's really good value for money when compared to 2kg tubs of protein for the same price.
