An inexpensive but nice pan
This bread tin seems to brown the bread around the sides better than my more expensive pans. It is not as solid as my other pans but I don't see this as a problem, and it might be it is why the bread browns better around the sides. I spread a little oil inside the pan so that the bread slips out easily after baking. The pan is slightly smaller than my other ones and I find that when using 500g of dough it spreads too much over the sides of the pan, so I use 450g which works well.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Why not
Basic bread tins just like the good old fashioned ones , no need for expensive non stick ones a small amount of olive oil and they work a treat . Highly recommended 👍
