I used this both as an afternoon pick up and a pre- workout. Both times the new energy was consistent and on the workout I felt as I could do more than my normal routine. The taste is quite challenging and has a bitter taste afterwards. I didn’t use the full recommended. I adjusted to likes of 150ml with a 1/3 scoop - wasn’t as strong but still did the job.
