Does what it says it does but use as sparingly as possible.
I bought this for the ipratropium content as that dries nasal passages, it works well but be careful as it can cause rupture of the small blood vessels in the nose due to this effect.

Even tho it works to clear up around 90% of my mucus, I find it costly as you don't get much in a bottle so it doesn't last long.
