Mediocre results
We’ve used this several times now and sadly each time the pizza oven didn’t get hot enough despite leaving it on our gas bbq for 15-20 minutes beforehand. So instead of the pizzas taking 3-4 minutes to cook, we were waiting 10-15 minutes, and even then the middle was still doughy. Our dough was thin with not too much topping, so it has been rather disappointing. The actual oven is well made, but sadly it hasn’t been the amazing pizza oven we were expecting.
