Went in to replace the 5600x that I’d had for a year. Had no issues with that though I have noticed stutter in some 4K games, well Far Cry 6. That appears to have disappeared now. The Ryzen 7 5800x is an excellent gaming cpu! I upgraded from a Ryzen 5 2600 and this new chip loads games so much faster. Although the Ryzen 2600 never used more that 20% processing power in games, the Ryzen 7 5800x is way more responsive and games feel smoother.
