Essential for achieving a razor’s edge
Love this leather strop, essential for achieving a fine edge on knives, chisels wood planes & anything else you need sharpening. I use diamond sharpening plates starting at 180 grit to grind the correct angle. Then follow up with 400 grit 1200 & finishing with 3000 grit. This leaves a really fine finish & then use the strip. Add a little mirror paste to the strip & hone the edge to a frighteningly sharp edge I can almost see my face in 😁. This is a nice thick piece of leather that’s larger than the plates I use. Can’t rate this strop highly enough & if you want a razor’s edge to your knives & work tools then I would highly recommend this leather strop ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
