Well acted, well scripted, heartwarming
This is one of those movies that my husband and I like to watch over and over again. There are some really subtle but funny lines! It also has a good storyline as well as a beautiful illustration of the differences between intellectual needs and the needs of the soul. The acting is also very good. There's a deleted scene of Frank and Evelyn at her hotel that is what we think is the best scene of the whole movie (lines, acting, etc.), so we always stop the movie where that deleted scene belongs, watch it, then return to the movie.
The hospital scene is very heartwarming as well as when Mary praises a classmate in front of her class. Frank shows kindness to and honors Evelyn at times when she doesn't really deserve it, while still remaining firm in his convictions with which she doesn't agree.
