I bought this gorgeous book for my husband and already he has baked some wonderful items . The book is beautifully drawn with watercolour pictures. The recipes are easy to.understand too. He has been really inspired by it. It really is a lovely book to sit and choose your next bake. The ciabatta was particularly good.
