im a big fan of basketball and tupac so it was real cool to watch i didnt put execellent because the storyline wasnt excellent but i knew this already before purchasing. thankyou.
I love this movie, it's right up there with the Hoosiers, Coach Carter, Semi-Pro, etc etc... Granted it is a typical young, black, hood, gangster movie but it has a good cast and very beliveable acting. Shot in the mid 90's (before tupac was killed obviously) it holds up well against modern day films/budgets. Also a great soundtrack (worth picking up also) although the title song PAIN by tupac is not on the CD version - it was on the cassette version though which i found strange. The basketball sequences are well done and fun to watch, and the story itself is not too complicated and moves along at a fast pace. A must see for any bball fan, aand then you can make your own mind up!
