A sequel worth watching
A really good movie in its own right, and a great catch up with the characters from the original. Enough time has passed that there is a valid new story to tell about them. There are quite a few nods back to the first movie (a great update to the “choose life” speech), but mostly woven skilfully into the story so they don’t feel gratuitous. Maybe not quite as gritty and shocking, but there are still a few moments that will make you gasp or wince!
