Disappointed with Turtle Beach Headset - Faulty Aux Port and Mic Issues I purchased the Turtle Beach headset with high hopes, but unfortunately, it fell short of expectations. The auxiliary port was faulty from the get-go, causing constant crackling noises, and I had to fiddle with the aux cable to get any sound at all. Additionally, the mic was unreliable, cutting out consistently. Overall, a frustrating experience. After receiving the headset i reached out to them. I got no response.
