Bought to replace an elderly Stihl that was becoming difficult to start altogether it's an excellent replacement for bucking firewood. The big difference was the lack of noise and the chain speed which is considerably slower than an ICE equivalent. Not a problem as long as the chain is kept sharp otherwise the slow speed could encourage a chain to dig in and kick.
