Does what I expect, if not much else.
Was looking for an extra monitor to go with a 27" 5K model. There not much noticeable difference between the 4K image on the larger screen so that element is great.
There is much more connectivity though with 2 x HDMI, a Display Port and 2 x USB-A. I however use the USB-C port as this also allows me to power and charge my laptop saving me a plug socket.
Biggest downsides are that the screen and input area itself doesn't seem to be built quite as well as the previous 8 year old model. The input don't seem to fit tightly but there's also some give when you you press too hard.
Also the toggle button to change setting and volume etc is pretty fiddly to use.
The biggest issue is with the speakers, they are not very powerful, its difficult to alter sound levels with the toggle and when connected to my laptop I'm unable to change volume using either the keys on the keyboard or by opening up the sound preferences as the screen overrides this. I'm guessing this might be an issue with the connection via USB-C.
Overall though its a good screen and at half the price of the comparable model its worth the savings.
