For me... It all started with "Weave Your Spell" that was the beginning of my love for Level 42 that was the first 12" single I purchased and since then I've never looked back, from that moment I was hooked on Level 42 and that's over 30 plus yrs ago and I still love their music to this day. Sadly I heard Boon Gould pass away which was not good to hear as I did hear rumours of the original band getting back together Boon will be sadly missed.
If there are any new comers to the fan base of Level 42 I suggest you don't hesitate in buying any of their brilliant CD's or Vinyls as once you've heard them sing and listening to Mark King on his Bass you'll want more of their music.
Their videos were also out of this world plain basic but to the point they knew how to get you gripped into their music and wanting to get their albums.
Level 42 are truly an outstanding band even at the grand age of 60 Mark King can still play the Bass as good as he did when Level 42 came on the scene.
Anyone wanting to try out their music I'll GUARANTEE you'll be hooked, as no one can ever out do level 42
