Brilliant.
For all of us adults who wish to do ballet, this dvd shows you it can be done. In the dvd there is a mix of male/ females participating in the class which is taught by a Royal Ballet trained teacher, some are better at the class than others depending on whether they did ballet when younger (which 1 or 2 did). Watching the dvd gives one hope that there are teachers out there willing to train adults and that classes are not as difficult as you may think, I would say to anyone thinking of taking up ballet as an adult is to follow the class shown on the dvd, see how you get on, if you like it then take it further by finding yourself a teacher. I would highly recommend this dvd to anyone thinking of taking up ballet as an adult.
