    Terrific.

    It was terrific to view this extraordinary film again after my last viewing in possibly 1988 when the VHS VIDEO I have is dated. Most of the film was fresh to me after so many years and of course the video was produced in the 4x3 format of the period. Ken Russells production has no holds barred and is true to mid 70s era. If the 70s were your formative years you will love this film and I guarantee you will have tears in your eyes.

    Great film. Iconic in look, sound and theme. Great performances from all inc. Oliver reed. Fans of the Who will be familiar with the songs and if you're not nevermind- the music does not drag or hold the film up. This is literally a Rock Opera.
