Great workout DVD, if you like to dance and like HIP-HOP this is the best workout for you, it is good enough to get you to learn the moves straight away.
this dvd is rubbish. If you realy want to learn dance, i suggest workout lessons of Ambra SWE and Dadson FRA - Wanted posse. www.streetdance.cz
this is very good to use as it uses basic instructions and great for all levels of fitness it uses uptodate music and it is a very motivating workout as you dance with the music.very well recommended

this is an excellent dvd for those who want to learn how to dance an loose weight at the same time. the moves are a little complex if your not used to it and there not much instruction just more this is the dance move an now u have to copy it, over all its a great dvd an a lot of fun. !!
